Jim from Red Bank, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2013, which makes this one of the longest relationships on the site. The generator was commissioned that October: 20 kW on natural gas, on a 200-amp whole-house transfer switch with two priority management modules. The load survey is unlike any other we have written up – four well pumps, alongside a sump pump, two refrigerators, a separate freezer, an electric oven, a washer and a gas dryer. Four pumps on one property means water is being moved rather than merely supplied, and none of it happens without power. Thirteen years on, an annual maintenance plan and a ten-year extended parts-and-labor warranty still sit behind the machine.
