Glen A. Koedding

President and Managing Partner
Prior to starting the company in 2010, he had over 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 executives across various industries, bringing expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, process optimization, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, and financial management. He holds a BA in Business Administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo and has completed NABCEP Certified training as well as Generac Sales and Service Certification. Since founding Green Sun Energy Services, Glen has been responsible for managing business strategy, financial operations, sales, marketing, and client relationships, ensuring the company consistently delivers innovative and sustainable energy solutions. His leadership drives the company’s growth and success, with a strong focus on maximizing long-term client value and industry excellence.

Christopher R. Torre

Managing Partner, Partner, Engineering and Technology
Christopher Torre is the Co-Founder of Green Sun Energy Services, LLC. Prior to launching the company, he gained 25 years of expertise in technical design, system monitoring, and project management. He is recognized by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) for his advanced knowledge in the design, installation, and operation of photovoltaic solar systems (NABCEP# PVA-111016-016148). Christopher has earned the distinction of utilizing NABCEP trademarks, underscoring his expertise in renewable energy. Since co-founding Green Sun Energy Services, he has led the company’s solar panel design, installation teams, and remote monitoring services. His leadership ensures each system performs at its best, maximizing efficiency and adhering to the highest industry standards.

Karen A. Koedding

Partner, Operations
Karen Ambrose-Koedding is a Partner at Green Sun Energy Services, LLC, where she oversees operations, manages the company's SREC trading business unit, and supervises field service. She also serves as the project manager for solar and roofing installations, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality standards. In addition, Karen handles billing and accounts receivables, maintaining financial oversight to support the company’s continued growth and success. With a strong background in business operations and financial management, Karen has been with Green Sun Energy Services since its inception in 2010. Her previous experience includes roles in wealth management, higher education administration, and insurance operations. She holds an MBA in Executive Management and a BS in Finance from St. John’s University.

Mark W. Lepine

Director Of Business Development
Mark William Lepine, 61, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly at home on October 9, 2011. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Mark had a successful career in the apparel industry, living in Scottsdale, Dallas, and NYC. Known for his humor, wisdom, and warmth, he was always the life of the party. A devoted family man, Mark loved golf, U of M football, and cheering on his children at their sporting events. He was predeceased by his parents, John F. and Elizabeth Ann Lepine. He is survived by his wife Barbara, five children, nine grandchildren, and siblings.

Eugene Brennan III

Energy Consultant
Eugene V. Brennan, III, 87, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025, surrounded by family. Born in Clarington, PA, on August 31, 1937, Gene served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He had a successful career with Woolworth and later owned several businesses. A devout Catholic, he was deeply involved with St. Mary, Mother of God Church. Gene was predeceased by his wife, Irene, and son, Christopher. He is survived by his daughter Tracy, son-in-law Mark, grandsons Joshua, Luke, and Daniel, siblings, extended family, and dear friend Mary Pat Thompson.
