Dan from Manalapan, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2025. The array was completed in November: 36 panels making 15.48 kW, each with its own Enphase IQ8 microinverter carrying a 25-year warranty, and an estimated 16,602 kilowatt hours in the first year. JCP&L interconnected the system in December. The critter guard runs 252 feet, the longest run on any array we have written up – it closes the gap between the panels and the roof along every exposed edge, which is where squirrels and birds get in and where the wiring they reach is most expensive to repair. The existing roof was sound, so no roofing work was needed before the panels went on.
