Stevi from Atlantic Highlands, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since November of 2022. This was a replacement rather than a first installation: the old machine came out and a 10 kW generator went in its place, commissioned in December, feeding the existing indoor ten-circuit transfer switch on a 50-amp connection. Swapping a generator onto an existing switch is the least disruptive version of this work – the circuits already chosen stay chosen, the wiring stays where it is, and what changes is the machine that feeds it. For a 1,534 square foot house on Bayside Drive, a 10 kW machine on essential circuits is properly sized rather than merely adequate. Annual maintenance, an extended parts-and-labor warranty and monitoring we manage all sit behind it.
