Jason from Springfield, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since January of 2024. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in May of 2023, so it was still close to new when the servicing came to us. We started with a startup inspection, the visit that establishes what a machine we did not install has actually got – hours, settings, how it was commissioned and whether anything was left unfinished – and then ran the first-year, 25-hour service in June of 2024. The two-year, 200-hour service followed in March of 2025 and the three-year, 400-hour in March of 2026. Picking a machine up early is the easy version of this: the record starts clean rather than having to be reconstructed years later.
