Joanne from Rahway, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2021. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in July of 2017, and the servicing came to us four years later. Every interval since has been kept – the four-year, 600-hour service in 2021, then 2022, 2023, 2024 and the eight-year, 1,400-hour service in October of 2025. Two manufacturer warranty repairs were handled along the way, in 2023 and 2025, both at no cost to the household because the machine was on a documented service record when the faults appeared. That is the part of a maintenance plan people underestimate: the visits are the visible half, and the claim you can actually make is the other.
