Marilyn from Holmdel, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2020. She signed at the end of that August and the generator was commissioned the following March, a 20 kW Generac on a pad with a 200-amp service-rated transfer switch and three smart management modules to balance the heavy loads. A Generac service contract has kept it maintained since, with scheduled visits and remote monitoring so a fault turns up on a report rather than during a storm. Holmdel is in Monmouth County, where whole-house backup is closer to standard than luxury.
