David from Lincroft, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since December of 2023. His 22 kW Generac from the 7000 series runs on our Platinum plan, which is the tier people take when they would rather not think about the generator at all. Platinum covers the scheduled maintenance and adds Wi-Fi monitoring, so the unit reports a fault the day it happens instead of the night it matters. Lincroft is in Monmouth County, where a good number of the generators we service we did not install.
