The three-year service was completed in August of 2024 and the four-year service in September of 2025. Three years is the point at which the original installer’s involvement has usually lapsed and the intervals start being kept by whoever the household chooses next – or by nobody at all, which is the more common outcome. An annual maintenance plan now covers the yearly visit.

Will a 22 kW generator run an entire Farmingdale house?
For many homes, yes, but that does not mean every load can run at the same moment. Houses with two central air conditioners, electric heat, EV charging, pool equipment or electric cooking may need load management or a larger machine. The answer comes from a load calculation rather than from the phrase whole house.
Can the generator share a propane tank with the furnace?
Potentially, if the tank, the regulators and the piping can supply the combined demand of the generator and every other appliance that might run at the same time. It is the whole connected load that has to be considered, not the generator on its own.
