The first visit was the three-year service in April of 2025, followed by the four-year service in March of 2026 and a manufacturer warranty repair that July. Handling a warranty claim on a machine somebody else installed is worth saying plainly: the manufacturer’s cover follows the generator rather than the company that put it in, so switching who services it does not cost a client the warranty they already have. An annual maintenance plan and a five-year extended parts-and-labor warranty now sit behind the machine.
