Kathy from Monmouth Beach, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2023. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in February of 2013; the servicing came to us a decade later. The first job was fitting cellular monitoring so the machine could report for itself, which on a unit of that age is the single most useful thing that can be added – the failures that matter are the ones nobody sees, and a generator that only gets tested by an outage is a generator you find out about too late. It has been serviced every year since, in October of 2023, June of 2024, June of 2025 and June of 2026, and the monitoring is ours to watch alongside the annual visit.
