Bettyann from South Plainfield, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since June of 2020. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in September of 2018, and the servicing came to us two years later. Every interval since has been kept – the two-year service in 2020, then the three-year, four-year and onward. An extended parts-and-labor warranty was registered against the machine in 2024, four years into the relationship and six years after the generator was new. That is worth knowing: a warranty on a machine somebody else installed is not always out of reach, and it is the sort of thing nobody thinks to ask about until it has expired. An annual maintenance plan covers the yearly visit.
