Patricia from Colts Neck, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since March of 2020. The generator was installed by another company, and the relationship began with a startup inspection on a machine we had not put in – the right first step, since the intervals mean nothing until somebody has established what condition a generator is actually in. Every interval since has been kept without a gap: the first-year service in 2021, then the two-year, three-year, four-year, five-year and six-year, 1,000-hour service in 2025. A replacement battery was fitted along the way, in the spring of 2022 – the single likeliest reason a standby generator fails to start, and the least dramatic thing on the machine.
