Angela from Brick, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2014. The 10 kW standby generator at the house was installed by another company in November of 2012, and Angela moved its servicing to us two years later. It ran the full maintenance sequence from there: the one-year service in 2014, then the two, three, four and five-year intervals through to May of 2018. The hour meter read 65.8 hours at that last visit — not much running for a house in Ocean County, which takes the weather off the water first and loses power more often than most of the state. A 10 kW machine on a managed whole-house switch has to carry everything when it does start, and a yearly check is the only thing that says whether it will.
