David from Freehold, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since June of 2019. The 17 kW standby generator at the house was installed by another company in November of 2013, and David moved its servicing to us five and a half years later. Every scheduled interval has been carried out since without a gap — the five-year service through to the nine-year, the last of those completed in September of 2023 with 174 hours on the meter and the fuel plenum inspected and clear of rust. The machine runs a dedicated essential-circuits switch rather than the whole house: heat, water, refrigeration and lighting, which is what lets a 17 kW unit cover everything that matters here when the power goes.
