Bryan from Tinton Falls, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since June of 2019. The 20 kW standby generator at the house was installed by another company in April of 2014, and Bryan moved its servicing to us five years later. Every scheduled interval has been carried out since, from the five-year service through to the ten-year, the most recent completed in April of 2026 with 172.9 hours on the meter and the fuel plenum inspected and clear of rust, along with a battery replacement when the old one reached the end of its life. The generator remains under one of our annual service plans. Batteries are the commonest reason a standby generator fails to start, and changing one before it fails is most of what keeps a machine dependable at twelve years old.
