Kristen from Warren, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since June of 2017. The 8 kW standby generator at the house was installed by another company in February of 2013, and Kristen brought its servicing to us four years later. The three, four and five-year intervals were all carried out, the last in June of 2019, along with a service call in March of 2018. At 8 kW this is one of the smaller machines we look after, and it runs a managed whole-house switch — which only works because the house was assessed properly for what it actually draws. The meter read 91.7 hours at the five-year service, so it had been called on more than most.
