Guy from Matawan, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since October of 2019. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in July of 2014, and the servicing came to us five years later. Two visits followed: the five-year, 800-hour service in October of 2019 and the six-year, 1,000-hour service in November of 2020. Both were arranged as individual jobs rather than under a plan, which is a legitimate way to keep a machine in order – the intervals are what matter, and whether they are booked one at a time or scheduled in advance is a question of preference rather than of engineering.
