Stephen from Princeton, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since December of 2021. The generator was installed by another company and activated in April of 2020, and the servicing came to us the following year. It has been on a maintenance visit every year since – December of 2021, November of 2022, November of 2023, October of 2024 and October of 2025 – each one working through the service interval the machine had reached, from the first-year check to the five-year, 800-hour visit. In April of 2022 a starter failed; we handled the claim under the manufacturer warranty, replaced it and tested the unit back to a clean start.
