Regina from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2020. The generator was commissioned in March of 2021: 16 kW on natural gas, on a 200-amp service-entrance switch with two smart management modules, sized against a 15 kW calculation for the 2,877 square foot house. A sump pump, two refrigerators, a separate freezer, a washer, a gas dryer and a dishwasher make up the load. Two management modules on a machine this close to the calculated figure are what make whole-house coverage possible without moving up a size – the heavy loads are staggered rather than the generator being asked to start everything together.
