Let's Get Started

Get the Unbeatable Protection of a Generac Generator!

When the power goes out, your Generac standby generator turns on automatically—usually within seconds—so your home stays safe and comfortable. That means your heat or A/C, refrigerator, sump pump, Wi-Fi, lights, and essential systems can keep running without you doing anything.

Unlike portable generators, a standby generator is permanently installed, starts and stops on its own, and runs on your home’s natural gas or propane—so there’s no refueling, no extension cords, and no scrambling during a storm.

Choose the Right Level of Backup Power

Generac standby generators range from 10–28kW, supporting homes from about 1,000 sq. ft. to 6,000+ sq. ft. depending on what you want to power. We’ll review your needs and design the right solution for your home and budget:

    • Essential Power Coverage – Keeps the most important circuits running (like heat, fridge, sump pump, and some lights).

    • Whole-Home Backup – Powers most or all of your home for the most seamless “business as usual” experience.

    • Managed Whole-Home Backup – A flexible middle-ground that uses Generac load management to deliver near whole-home coverage with a smaller generator—balancing comfort, performance, and cost.

We Handle Everything

We manage the entire process for you, making generator installation simple and stress-free.

    • Financing options available (if needed) — terms from 12 months up to 12 years.
    • Right-size your generator based on your home and priorities.
    • Determine the best generator location for safety, performance, code compliance, and ease of service.
    • Handle permits and utility/gas coordination.
    • Professional installation of the generator, transfer switch, and all connections.
    • Full testing and inspection support so it’s ready for real outages.
    • Ongoing service and maintenance, with optional remote monitoring and annual tune-ups using genuine Generac parts.

Why Choose a Generac Standby Generator

  • Automatic operation – Your generator senses an outage and turns on automatically—then shuts off when utility power returns. You’re protected whether you’re home, at work, or away on vacation.

  • No refueling – It runs on your home’s existing natural gas or propane supply, so you’re not dealing with gas cans, refills, or long lines during storm season.

  • Safe, direct power – A professionally installed transfer switch feeds power straight into your electrical panel, eliminating extension cords and reducing the risk of unsafe backfeeding.

  • Strong warranty options – Choose 5-, 7-, or 10-year coverage options for added confidence, with support available if your generator needs service.

  • Added home value – Standby power is a major selling point for buyers who want reliability, comfort, and protection for essential systems during outages.

Generator FAQs for Middletown Homeowners

Why do Middletown neighborhoods lose power so often?
A combination of mature tree cover over overhead lines and exposure to coastal storms. Both bring limbs down onto lines, and heavily treed streets tend to see both more frequent outages and longer restoration times.

Do homes near the bayshore need anything different?
Mainly in siting. Placement takes flood elevation into account where it applies, alongside the usual setback and clearance requirements. This is assessed on the site visit.

How quickly does the generator take over?
Usually within seconds. The transfer switch detects the outage, starts the generator and moves the house across automatically, then switches back and shuts down when utility power returns. Nothing is required from you.
