Heather from Millstone, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2019. The 20 kW Generac standby was installed by another company in December of 2014, and in 2019 the servicing switched to Green Sun, beginning with a startup inspection to establish the condition of a machine we had not installed. One of our annual service plans supports it: spark plug and air filter, oil and filter, battery inspection, load testing and a full performance check every year, with the most recent service completed in February of 2026. The meter had reached 301 hours by then, up from 94 at that first visit, and the whole house runs from the generator through a managed transfer switch rather than a chosen handful of circuits.
