Paul from Freehold, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2019. The 20 kW Generac standby was installed by another company in February of 2013, and in 2019 the servicing switched to Green Sun. We carried out the six-year, seven-year, eight-year and nine-year services between 2019 and 2022: spark plug and air filter, oil and filter, battery inspection, load testing and a full performance check each time. The meter read 95 hours at the first visit and 196 at the last, so the machine had run about a hundred hours covering the house in between. It is wired through a managed whole-house transfer switch, so the entire property stays live in an outage rather than a short list of selected circuits.
