Roger from Belford, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2019. The 20 kW standby generator at the house was installed by another company in June of 2013, and Roger moved its servicing to us six years later, adding an extended parts-and-labor warranty at the same time. The six-year, seven-year and eight-year services were all carried out, the last completed in June of 2021 with 113 hours on the meter and the fuel plenum inspected and clear of rust. Belford sits at the foot of the Bayshore where the ground is low and the water table high, and a whole-house switch on a 20 kW machine means a sump keeps running through the kind of storm that fills a basement.
