Samy from Spotswood, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2022. The array was completed in January of 2023: 23 panels making 9.32 kW into a SolarEdge HD Wave inverter with optimizers, and an estimated 12,252 kilowatt hours in the first year. JCP&L interconnected it in February. The existing roof was in good enough condition to take the array as it stood, which is worth stating rather than assuming – a roof with a decade of life left in it is a roof worth putting panels on, and one without is a roof that has to be dealt with first. That judgement is made at the survey rather than on installation day.
