Megan from Hazlet, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2017. The array was completed that October: 27 panels making 7.7 kW into a SolarEdge inverter with P320 optimizers, estimated at 9,218 kilowatt hours in the first year, and JCP&L interconnected it that December. Two months later the household also brought us the servicing of its standby generator, a machine installed by another company back in March of 2013. Solar and a generator answer opposite halves of the same problem – one reduces what the house takes from the grid on ordinary days, the other supplies the house on the days the grid supplies nothing – and having both under one contractor means one call rather than two.
