Three things were agreed before the work, and the third is the one worth noting: the household would have the Verizon box moved and repair the cut sheetrock in the back room, and Green Sun would install a new earth ground at no charge. An earth ground is what gives fault current somewhere to go, and an older house often has one that no longer meets code. Finding that at survey and fixing it without adding it to the price is the sort of thing that never appears in an advertisement.
