Barry from Leonardo, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2019. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in August of 2018, and we carried out the first-year, 25-hour service the following September. That first service is the one that matters most on a new machine: the break-in oil comes out, the valves are checked at the point they are most likely to need adjusting, and the machine that has run only its weekly self-tests gets looked at properly for the first time. This was a single visit rather than the start of a plan, which is a perfectly reasonable way to buy a service – the work happened and the machine was left in good order.
