Cezahir from Howell, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since June of 2023. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in December of 2020, and we were called in for its three-year service, completed that June. The three-year interval is the one where a standby generator stops being new: the break-in oil is long gone, the battery is approaching the age where it starts letting people down, and the plugs and filters have a few hundred running hours on them. Catching a machine at that point, even once, is worth more than catching it at ten.
