Monroe Condominium Association, Inc. in Monroe, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since October of 2025. In July of 2026 we installed a ChargePoint CP6021 station on a concrete pad, with two 18-foot Type 1 cables fed from a single 80-amp single-phase supply, so two residents can charge at the same time rather than wait on one connector. It is a networked commercial station, delivered configured and activated with a cloud plan, which is what lets an association control who may use it and account for the electricity it draws. Shared parking is the difficult case for EV charging: no assigned spaces, no private meter to bill, and no good answer for a resident running a cord across a walkway. A managed station is how a community solves that once, for everyone, rather than one owner at a time.
