Justin from Belle Mead, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since December of 2021. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in August of 2010, and the servicing came to us eleven years later. It has been seen every year since – December of 2021, January of 2023, January of 2024, December of 2024 and December of 2025 – starting at the eight-year service and settling into the ten-year interval, with one repair visit handled in June of 2023. A machine this old is past the point where the manual has new milestones to offer, and the schedule simply repeats: oil, plugs, filters and battery, checked and replaced on time, are what decide whether it reaches twenty years or fails in its fifteenth. An annual maintenance plan covers the yearly visit.
