Green Sun Energy Services looks after an existing Generac standby generator at a home in Manasquan, and has been the servicing dealer for it as a client since July of 2025. The generator was installed and activated by another company in April of 2021, and moving the annual work to a local Generac dealer was a matter of convenience rather than any problem with the original installation. The service plan covers scheduled annual maintenance — oil and filters, battery check, and a run test under load — so the unit is known to start rather than assumed to. The manufacturer’s five-year limited warranty on the equipment ran to April of 2026.
