Waleed from Atlantic Highlands, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2022. The generator was another company’s install, commissioned in January of 2020, and the servicing moved to us a little under three years later. It has been seen each fall since – October of 2022, November of 2023, October of 2024 and October of 2025 – working up through the intervals from the two-year service to the five-year, 800-hour one. Timing it for fall is deliberate on a house like this: the machine gets checked, run and put right before the season that actually tests it, rather than after the first outage has already found the fault. An extended parts-and-labor warranty sits behind the annual visits.
