Tom from Rumson, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2019. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in February of 2016, and the servicing has been ours since – August of 2019, July of 2020, July of 2021, June of 2022, August of 2024 and July of 2025 – working up through the intervals from the three-year, 400-hour service to the nine-year, 1,600-hour one. Two repairs were handled under the manufacturer’s warranty along the way, in 2021 and 2022. A generator a decade into its life is past the point where faults announce themselves politely, which is why the visits matter more now than they did at year three.
