The old covering came off in a single layer on 19 November 2023 – stripped back to the deck rather than shingled over – and went back on as a GAF Timberline Lifetime system. Putting panels on a roof near the end of its life means taking them off and putting them back when the shingles finally go – and on a practice seeing patients every day, that is a second disruption nobody wants.
