Caitriona from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since May of 2021. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in January of 2014, and the servicing came to us seven years later. It has been seen every spring since – June of 2021, June of 2022, July of 2023, July of 2024, May of 2025 and April of 2026 – working up from the seven-year service to the ten-year interval it now repeats, along with a courtesy visit in January of 2025. Six consecutive years on a machine somebody else installed is the whole argument for taking over servicing: the record starts the day we do, and from then on there is one.
