Michael from Holmdel, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since August of 2018. The array was commissioned that October, about six weeks after signing: 11.52 kW across 36 LG panels on a SolarEdge inverter, with a design estimate near 14,095 kilowatt-hours in the first year — enough to carry most of a busy household. It went up with 172 feet of critter guard fitted around the array, closing the sheltered gap beneath the panels where animals will otherwise nest out of sight. Holmdel is one of the towns we have worked in longest, and an array of this size on a south-facing roof covers a large share of a household’s yearly use without anything for the owner to operate.
Glenn and his team were great in getting helping us make the decision to go solar. We were very impressed with how he presented all of the financials involved in owning the system, and went through best and worst case scenarios when it came to the value of SRECs. Most other places just focus on the highest numbers. They handled all the paperwork, install was perfect and we've been up and running now for 3 months. 3 months of zero bills from JCP&L, and SREC's are offsetting the loan payment. This was a no brainer to eliminate my electric bill! Can't recommend Glenn and Green Sun Energy enough. If you're considering Solar, call them.
