A 24 kW standby generator
The Generac was commissioned in April of 2021 and is rated 24 kW on propane and 21 kW on the natural gas it runs on here. The load survey came to 4,000 square feet, which is what puts it at the top of the air-cooled range, and a 200-amp automatic transfer switch backs the whole panel rather than a nominated handful of circuits.
161 C7 bulbs
The lighting went up in November of 2024 — 161 warm white C7 bulbs at 3000K, run along the windows. Commercial-grade C7 is a larger bulb than the C9 used on most roof lines, and warm white at 3000K reads closer to an incandescent than the blue-white an LED is often assumed to be.
