Robin from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since May of 2019. The 20 kW standby generator at the house was installed by another company in September of 2013, and Robin moved its servicing to us nearly six years later. Every interval since has been carried out without a gap — the six-year service through to the ten-year, the last of those completed in May of 2024 with 329.3 hours on the meter and the fuel plenum inspected and clear of rust — along with a service call when the machine needed attention between visits. Three hundred and twenty-nine hours is close to two solid weeks of running, which puts this among the hardest-worked generators on our books and explains why it has never been allowed to miss a service.
