The 20 kW standby generator at the house was commissioned in September of 2013 by another company, and Kenneth moved its servicing to us nearly six years later, taking an extended parts-and-labor warranty at the same time. Every interval since has been carried out — the six-year service through to the ten-year, the last of those completed in June of 2024 with 285.1 hours on the meter and the fuel plenum inspected and clear of rust. Two hundred and eighty-five hours is close to twelve days of running, accumulated one outage at a time on a machine that has never missed a scheduled visit since we took it on.
