Harold from Middletown, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since May of 2020. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in May of 2014, and the servicing came to us six years later. The six-year service was completed in July of 2020, the seven-year service in July of 2021 and the eight-year in July of 2022, with two separate repair visits handled in 2022 alongside the scheduled work. Servicing here is arranged visit by visit rather than under a plan, which suits an owner who would rather decide each year than commit in advance – and it still puts a technician in front of the machine before the season that will ask something of it.
