Chuck from Tinton Falls, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since November of 2023. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in January of 2021, and the servicing came to us nearly three years later, starting with the two-year, 200-hour service that December. Cellular monitoring was set up at the same time, and the machine has been seen every year since – November of 2024 and November of 2025. The monitoring proved its worth in 2025, when it showed the generator had dropped offline and the household could be told rather than left to find out during the next outage. An annual maintenance plan and the monitoring both sit behind it.
