Kerry from Lincroft, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2026. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in March of 2023, and the servicing came to us three years later. The first visit was the three-year, 400-hour service, completed in July of 2026, and cellular monitoring was set up within the fortnight. Fitting the monitoring at the same time as the first service is the sensible order: the visit establishes what condition the machine is actually in, and the monitoring keeps that picture current instead of letting it go stale until the next visit a year later. An annual maintenance plan, an extended parts-and-labor warranty and the monitoring all sit behind it now.
