Dale from Hillsborough, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2018. The roof and the array were bought on the same day and done in the right order. Two old layers came off and 4,800 square feet of Cedar Falls shingles from the American Harvest collection went on the week before Christmas, under a 50-year warranty. The panels followed in January: 43 Hanwha Q.PEAK DUO 320-watt modules on a SolarEdge inverter, 13.76 kW rated and estimated at 17,223 kilowatt-hours a year, with 152 feet of critter guard fitted around the array to close the sheltered gap beneath it. Putting a new roof under a new array means neither has to be disturbed for the other for decades. Hillsborough is in Somerset County.
