MaryAnn from Colts Neck, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since July of 2019. The 22 kW Generac standby was installed by another company in November of 2015, and in 2019 the servicing switched to Green Sun. One of our service plans supports it: a full service every year, covering spark plug and air filter, oil and filter, battery inspection, load testing and a performance check, plus remote monitoring that Green Sun manages directly, so a fault reaches us rather than waiting to be noticed at the house. The most recent service was completed in March of 2026, with 216 hours on the meter against 37 at that first visit, and the whole house runs from the generator through a managed transfer switch.
