Rodney from New Brunswick, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since April of 2024. The charger went in that May: a ChargePoint Level 2 unit rated 11.5 kW, mounted outdoors beside the meter on a dedicated 60-amp circuit. This one is a NACS connector rather than the older J1772 – the standard Tesla used and the rest of the industry has now adopted, which means a charger specified this way suits the cars being sold today rather than the ones sold five years ago. The service was measured before anything was ordered and had the capacity to carry the circuit.
