Basavaraj from Holmdel, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since October of 2025. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in November of 2022, and the servicing came to us three years later, beginning with the three-year, 400-hour service that October. Three years is the point at which the original installer’s involvement has usually lapsed, and the intervals from then on are kept by whoever the household chooses next – or by nobody at all, which is the more common outcome. An annual maintenance plan now covers the yearly visit.
