Solar Panel Installation

No two roofs are the same. The pitch, the shade from the tree next door, the direction the house faces and what the family actually uses through the year all change what belongs up there. These are solar arrays we designed and installed across New Jersey, and each one names the panels, the inverter and the size of the system along with the town it is in. Real jobs on real houses, photographed where we had the chance.

321 completed solar projects across 139 New Jersey towns, including 76 with a review written by the customer.

Solar Panel Installation in Garwood, NJ | 7.05 kW Array with Enphase Microinverters

James from Garwood, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2011, which puts him among the earliest systems we ever commissioned. The design estimate was 6,601 kWh a year. Garwood is in Union County, and fifteen years on the array is still doing the job it was sized for.

Standby Generator and Solar Installation in Princeton Junction, NJ | 47 Panels and a Nine-Month Wait

Steve in Princeton Junction has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since November of 2011. The array was commissioned in August 2012 and the standby generator the following May. 47 panels, commissioned August 2012: Forty-seven Canadian Solar 235-watt panels, 11.05 kW in total, on Zep Solar mounting with an Enphase M215 microinverter behind each one and an ANSI production meter on the system. Estimated first-year production is 12,838 kWh and the utility is JCP&L. Forty-seven panels is a great many, and it is a function of the year rather than the ambition. At 235 watts a module — ordinary

Kevin from Freehold, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since October of 2011. The contract was signed in late June and the system was commissioned by the end of August: 19 Jinko 425-watt panels paired one for one with Enphase IQ8PLUS microinverters.
