Gary from Brielle, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since June of 2022. He signed in the middle of June and the generator was commissioned in early September, an 18 kW Generac on a pad with a 150-amp service-rated transfer switch, a whole-house surge protective device and a management module to keep the largest load from overwhelming the rest. A Generac service contract has covered it since, with scheduled visits and monitoring. Brielle is in Monmouth County, on the Manasquan River, where storm season is taken seriously.

The generator was signed that November and commissioned the following July, a 16 kW Generac on its own pad behind a 200-amp service-rated transfer switch, which carries the house rather than a chosen set of circuits. A Generac service contract has covered it since, with scheduled maintenance and monitoring so the unit is exercised long before anybody needs it. Springfield is in Union County, at the northern end of where our crews travel.

Helen from Jackson, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since September of 2020. She signed in September and the generator was commissioned the following March, a 20 kW Generac on its own pad behind a 200-amp service-rated transfer switch. At 3,400 square feet with two refrigerators, a dishwasher and the laundry, it is one of the larger houses we have covered, and 20 kW carries all of it rather than a chosen set of rooms. Jackson is in Ocean County, where the lots are wooded and the lines come down with the branches.

A Generac service contract has kept it maintained since, with scheduled visits and monitoring between them. Fair Haven is in Monmouth County, close enough to the river that outages are a seasonal fact.
