Pratod from Manalapan, NJ has been a Green Sun Energy Services client since April of 2023. The generator was installed by another company and commissioned in September of 2021, and the first-year service was carried out when the servicing came to us. An extended parts-and-labor warranty was registered against the machine in the same week. That is the part people assume cannot be done on a generator somebody else installed – the machine was not ours, but it was still young enough to qualify, and the household now has cover it would otherwise have lost. The first service is also the one that matters most on a newer machine: the break-in oil comes out and the valves are checked at the point they are most likely to need adjusting.
